Moderation of large resources is time-consuming, even in a remote job. And the pay is most often not much. So it's not a pleasant job.

Quickly build up communication and dispute resolution skills, which is especially good for freelancers and remote workers. Moderation is a discipline that you can and should learn on your own. Convenient work schedule. But this is an area you need to learn well in order to become a successful moderator.
